Oooooooooooooo...
That's so awesome! I mean, it's not at all how I imagined them, but I LOVE seeing how everyone interprets things, and yours is really cool!! I love how you made it seem like they are moving!! I don't think they look mean, I mean, they aren't supposed to be fluffy bunnies....

it says in the book theyre backs are like 'well sprung cushions' as they ahve no backbone?
so i ahd t work out that their spine wud be in a diamond shape around the ouside... wi funny lil legs at front back nd sides... bt wud they ahve tails?
the anatomy of em is quite cofnusing, ill admit :D x.x.x

They look evil. By the way, Koni, they are supposed to be like big fluffy bunnies. The whole point of having them in the book is so that you can have someone that Mary just loooves to almost kill off. So they are, in fact, supposed to be cute.

I love your Mulefa! All the movement in them in this picture...Brilliant. Especially at that angle. Out of curiosity, does everyone see them with tails? I do, but I cant see why they would have them, as a tail is an extention of the spine....

I didnt picture them with tales, I dont know why it just didnt fit into how i pictured them. This is really good by the way. I like how they are moving it gives a great edge to the picture

well, if they didn't have tails, they would.'t be very steady when they are moving at high speeds, now would they? i mean, animals use their tails as rudders, don't they?
good job, john. it's hard to draw an animal, or anything for that matter, from above...

impressive drawings, shows the speed and power, but not the intelligence. could you try to get that in?
Annernanner: on 08/06/2007
Why do you people keep giving them horns? Anyways, it's a good way of showing how they operate on their wheels, good job.
Amy: on 08/19/2007
Annernanner -- The mulefa DO have horns... there are several little references to horns in the book.
