I pictured the wheels a bigger but i like it. good job keep it up

Thanks Caspian! I see the wheels that small because Mary is able to pick them out of the river, which I cant see her doing if they were the size of car tires.
Ok, since there arnt many comments yet I just want to clarify some stuff. I drew this on a website called Artgrounds. It was the second picture I had drawn on there and I really didnt know how it worked. which is why the colouring is a bit....cruddy.
I did not use pure grey because it is boring to colour with and NO animal is pure grey. This one is slightly blue-er then the others I have drawn.
Um...
Oh yeah, wheels. I figure that Mulefa have three toed feet, with one long claw that goes through the wheel and two little ones that stabilise them. All have frictionless surfaces from the oil, and so does the 'palm' of their hand which rests over the wheel. I dont see how they would work biologically otherwise.
I like having descriptions on my pictures :D

I think this one is a very cute version of the Mulefa,it really brings out their kind and helpful nature. I don't think the colouring is cruddy. Actually I wanted to know what medium you used, but you've explained that, already. I like your version of the claw going through the wheel and I agree with, biologically it couldn't acttually work otherwise. Really cute, keep it up!
Lune: on 04/20/2007
I agree with you,of course.

I usually draw on paper and colour in Photoshop, I'm not so used to drawing straight onto the computer like on artgrounds. But I've been practicing.
I'm glad my foot anatomy makes sense to someone other then myself :D
Lune: on 04/24/2007
You can see you've been practicing, then. I could never do something like that!

i want one! thats pretty much the first explanation of how the wheels work that actually makes sense! Great job, keep it up!
Annernanner: on 08/06/2007
AWWW! It's so cute! It has the innocence I suspected mulefa of having, but I expected the seed pods to be a bit bigger, and the zalif thinner. Still, very good, and if you find one, I WANT IT! Cuter than a lost puppy!
That has got to be the cutest thing I ever did see... Just how I imagined it myself. And the colouring's not cruddy at all, it's awesome. I can't draw for beans, at least not on the computer. Keep up the great work!!

Good to know that you've chosen a username that really describes you. Hopefully one day you'll learn the meaning of constructive critisism, which is something that I endorse and enjoy. It'll probably happen at about the time you grow a brain.
