IGN have an interview with the team developing The Golden Compass videogame for the Nintendo DS. The game will be “designed specifically for the DS” and an engaging rendition of the story that will appeal to “hardcore book fans” as well as movie-goers is promised. Gameplay elements revealed are that players will be able to switch between Lyra and Pantalaimon at any time, with Iorek also playable. The multiplayer mode is said to be an “Alethiometer challenge”. This will be pretty cool on the DS with its dual screen thing, but i havent heard much news on the film lately, i was hoping for some status on the film, although i have BTTS on my homepage, and every day theres a different news story, which is BRILLIANT, because i get bored waiting most of the time but now the news is Rolling in!
