Yes, I've read it. There's probably a thread about it somewhere. It's good. Read it. The sequels aren't so good though; you might not want to bother with them.

Yeah, that's a good book. Knife Edge was okay, but I heard the third was crap, so I didn't bother with it.

I thought the third one was better than Knife Edge. Knife Edge just seemed to be a filler, and only one interesting thing happened in it (...although that's just an opinion).

i read that-it was v good, the last one was good too but the second one was rubbish.

not heard of 'uglies' i'm afraid, stelmaria. any good?

yah its by Scott Westerfeld. About this girl Tally Youngblood. its 2034 or some time in the future where everyone becomes pretty(an opperation that make you beyond supermodel gorigous with no sickness and almost super human.) when they turn 16. Tally has to make a choose of turning in her friend Shay (who runs away instead of choosing to have the operation) or not becoming pretty and staying Uglie forever.

h'mm...doesnt sound like my type of book.

theres a good bet that you could find Bogus to Bubbly or whatever it was on Amazon or eBay.

would anyone happen to have read 'The Knife of Never Letting Go' (rubbish title, i know) by Patrick Ness? seriously reccomend it.
