Wow. This is good. I know it's meant to be Serafina, but to me this is what Lyra would look like if she became a witch! Its probably because she looks to young but I love it anyway.

i love the inspired idea behind this drawing: its different, and a very small scene which i think u have imagined perfectly. She looks so far away and lost, used to the hurt of parting. Her pose is vulnerable and weak:defeated even, and her profile and postiton upon the broom is expertly drawn. To me the cloud pine looks a bit sprawling though, but that doesn't really matter. i like the random willow wsip type flies- a unique touch. Or are they her flowers dispersed by the wind? The cartoony way u drew the striking moon just completes this sad, faintly moving pic, and adds to dramatic setting :P
