What are the interlocking circles supposedd to be? The layers of conciousness needed to decipher the alethiometer, perhaps? They add a nice level to the picture. I also like how they reflect the colours used in the rest of the drawing.

Lyra does indeed look insolent, or else when she puts on a very blank, innocent expression 2 ward off suspicion-the lack of eyebrows doesn't take away her character in this one. Very detailed, and i like how u outlined her collarbone, makes her look quite thin and agile. The nose is a bit weird, but i love how u did the eyes-must have taken u ages! Nice tangled hair, it suits Lyra to perfection (not sure about the green tinge, though ;) The circles to me seem to add to the colour scheme and r a nice touch :)

i got green hair once, when i was about 6. I was in the pool too long. My cousin also has a tinge of yellowy green in her hair. She doesnt swim though

I actually did this picture on paint. I'm sorry for forgetting the eyebrows. I'll send a new version with eyebrows. The circles don't have a real meaning. I just wanted to fill the empty space with some nice figures.
