Thanks to everyone who entered our May Haiku Contest on The Idea of the North! We had some great haikus submitted, all of which were judged anonymously by our staff. We can now announce that the winner, and recipient of a signed copy of the latest UK edition of Northern Lights, is Jonas! Here is his winning Haiku:

The Idea of the North

Deep snow far from home,
Warm your heart and mind, look up :
A sky full of light.
