I took the test many times, because I wasn’t sure for some questions. I wanted to see all the options.
i’m a snow leopard named borealis!!! how cool is that?!?! i love the website so far…very entertaining.
this is so cool, everytime 5 people rate, the timer goes up by one day. that means there are 12 days until my daemon settles instead of 11. at this rate, i can watch it change forever.

I’ve got to say I didn’t expect such an accurate descrition, and I’m definatelly liking my daemon. I like the way her name sounds when I say it XD.
Once I read that my daemon could change to a lynx after I saved it, I made it do so. It might be a tad off what I really am, but they’re just so pretty… And I couldn’t cope with a spider. Ick.
I got a gibbon called Romulus… Thank god it’s not a Golden Monkey π

I took the daemon test twice using the same answers, and both times I got a snow leopard. It’s name is Aeron. The description is quite accurate as well. Modest, spontaneous, inquisitive, humble and fickle. Cool!

Yey … I’m a lion called Inachus!
I got a snow leopard at first, but I really didn’t see myeslf as one so I took the test another time. My dΓΖΓβΓβΓΒ¦mon is now a crow named Brynn. Nice, even if I thought it would be some kind of mustelid.
This was a wonderful idea! I did the test, my daemon’s name is Erasmus, and it’s still changing form, during the next 12 days, as I ask my friends to answer the small quiz, with 5 questions, about me. Erasmus as been a raccon, a crow, a tiger. The good thing is that my friends, who had never heard about HDM, started to get interested, and now they are asking me about the books, as they also tried to do their test.
This applies also to the people who had seen my daemon on my blog. They actually ask me about Pulllman, about HDM, about the film. This was, in fact, a brilliant way to get new fans!
The bad thing about this is that my blog’s in portuguese… but I can leave you the adress, so you can see how my friends are changing Erasmus…

I was really pleasantly surprised by the beauty of this feature. The questions are general enough yet ‘left-brain’ enough to require a bit of honest thinking – and I agree that both music and artwork are lovely.

Wow mines a Snow Leopard called Hermestra. I expected something smaller like a meerkat or lemur. Maybe I’m like Lord Asriel. Solitary, Passive, Responsible, Modest and shy.
I don’t get it–when I first tried this 3 days ago I got my daemon and the picture, description, and all, and so did 2 other people I know. Then my husband goes to do it at work and he gets up to where the name comes up and it then freezes on that–he left it run for like a half hour and nothing happened. He tried 3 separate times. So I just tried from my home computer and we both did the questions again separately, and both of us get to the names and then the screen freezes. Our home computer is dialup but work is high speed and both freeze. Do you think there is too much traffic on the site and it is freezing up?
