It is with great delight that we announce that bridgetothestars.net is under new management, along with a new team of dedicated staff.
In future, we want to reach out to not only more fans of His Dark Materials, but also those of Philip Pullman, and those with an interest in some of the themes, concepts and philosophies touched upon in the trilogy. In the days/weeks/months to come, we aim to bring more activity to the site, with more visitors, and more discussion – and we hope that those of you who are reading this will continue to be part of our community.

I used to go to the old site all the time, but since the release of the movie all the news had dried up. Recently I had noticed a few new stories in my RSS reader, but had not visited the site itself until now. Wow! What an improvement! I love the library themed design of it, and I’m excited to read that you will be exploring the wider world of HDM and Pullman in general. You know that you’ve done your job well when your new website has made me want to dive into the books again! 🙂
Thanks, Harry! Yes, now that we’re widening our scope we’re sure that there’ll be a lot more to talk about, please join our forums and chat when you get the chance! The new website is still under construction, but everything should be up and running soon. Stay tuned and we’ll have some new discussion, news, contests…and a few hints as to what Pullman’s now working on…
