The whole atmosphere is very much like how I imagined as well! Roger's d?ɬ¶mon looks a bit too bright or something though. But it's really great overall!

The only negative aspect I would like to point out is that Lyra looks kinda too ...clumsy in this shot. (Especially in the trailer) In my opinion, she should move with show-off ease and grace. It?Ǭ¥s her dear Oxford, her familiar playground. It seems as they made her move like this in the movie to... er... "pretend" that these kids are actually on a roof, where it is difficult to move (not in a green-room, where they actually are :P). O_o

the only thing about Pan that made me mad is he only changes into a bird, cat, mouses, and moth throughout the whole ovie! I mean he is still supposed to change a lot like when the grabbed hold of him in Blovanger he is supposed to be changing like mad! They didnt stay very true to the book in my opinion but it was still ok!
