What have they done to her hair??

Ack. Her expression looks like she's trying with all her might to restrain signs of either complete insanity or extreme twisted anger. She looks frazzled but also like she's trying to hide it. As for the hair, I presume this would be in the Arctic and the wind has been playing with it.
