I think mine would have to be Kate Winslet. A down to earth English rose who has no aspirations to look like a barbie doll. A pint in a pub or an expensive meal (she could pay!) .Sure, their are prettier looking girls, but that's my choice! (I'd nag her to autograph my artwork of her!)

Not too much. Jess means that Louis Garrel likes to play "asshole French characters," but Jess knows that Louis Garrel is most likely a rather warped, dark, and broody chap in real life as well.

AND he has those little beauty marks (moles?) on his face, which is an oddity that makes my knees wobbly. I sense another shallow thread coming on...

I second Kate Winslet...she's stellar
... and I would also have to add Natalie Portman who (like Winslet) doesn't conform to Hollywood stereotypes - she has a University degree, has co-written psychological research papers, and I think speaks four languages or something ...plus she's gorgeous!
