Lyra said she was wandering around lost in the fog for a few days. Thats plenty of time for Asriel to get to Citagazze and then through another window.
My guess is that bridge led to other worlds, not just Citagazzee but for convenience Pullman had everyone else end up there since they needed to be there for story telling purposes.

Here's a highly unlikely theory. everyone except Asriel came to Cittágazze because they all turned left. Asriel went straight ahead. Either that or the angel theory.

The bridge more than likely did lead to Cittagazze because thats what we saw in the Aurora Borealis.

Good point, but how did Asriel end up somewhere else? I see that it is a difficult question to answer. I don't know the answer but we'll figure it out.
