Wow! You have a very detailed yet slightly cartoonish style which is very original and a nice change! I can really detect the peresonalities of all the people present, as well as Lyra's deep alethiometric concentration. I really like her hair! I think Farder Coram is brilliant--this is a very high quality drawing.

Yeah i think farder Coram is great! I love all the little details like the markings on the box and things. WEll done!

These pictures are good at showing scenes and characters but seem... traced? might just be lack of detail. less is more as they say....but I'm not one of them

there is a certain lack of detail, but u r excellent at drawing faces (farder coram) and i really like your line style! Brill-certain engraving feel to it. love Lyra(and her hair) and how she is in a trace. ya gotta luv Farder corams smile ;p-though he looks rather like an arch bishop! interesting linearty style-more please!

heh IM SO PROUD OF THIS DRAWING .
its based on supper at emmaus,a caravaggio portrait im studying in art at the moment for AS piece... as i was saying, heh, yes, the outlines wer traced, from a postcard of supper at emmaus, but caravaggio himself used the same technique [cept with light behind his models] wehn painting supper at emmaus
hence, some things seem quite out of proportion [eg farder corams head] and lyra does indeed luk massive . bt hey i cut up the ORIGINAL drawing, lyra u can see in the lyra section, and the others in 'others' lol..
in the supper at emmaus portrait, jesus is depicted in the middle being all holy, with 3 disciples around him... more to come, based on fantastic portraits !! :D cheyers evry1 x.x.x

sorry if u took my comment so personally-sheesh! u seem quite a fiery character.................still like ur drawing. i think that because ur draw wiv a liny style u should defntly try to color it- look nice with bold colors +would bring out the artistic history of the scene.

ps uber uber sorry bout the swearing....

I like everything except Lyra. She looks to old and her hands are very out of proportion (and if you look at them she has perfect delicate little nails. Not very Lyratic!) She also looks to chubby to be Lyra, I know she is bundled up in furs but you can tell by her neck and the size of her face that she hasn't got the small slight figure of Lyra. I also think the expression on Lyra's face doesn't look like the clear concentration she sinks into when reading the Alethiometer. She looks smug and arrogant. I hate this as Lyra but it could make a good Mrs Coulter. Like the rest of the picture. Just how I would have imagined them.

i think it's very cool, too. It reminds me of a block carving. And who is this "Heather?" i'm confused- is this website run by "Heather" and "Will?"

I take care of the fanart, Will runs most other things.
