ok right everyone..all those little scibbles are nothing to do with the picture..i was just testing stuff and it was originally some old art homework which i scibbled over quite a lot. It's lyra reminising. I didn't put the daemons in because i couldn't be bothered to go find a picture of a cat/pine marten to draw from. I'm thinking this is not very long after they leave each other as lyra kinda looks 13/14 i think. The blurred out Will was ment to be like a fading memory. What do you think?

Like it! i fink the scribbles kinda add to the turmoil of the drawing. its amazin how you brought such pain and grief to Lyra's face-the shading adds to her darkened feelings. Fading Will is a lovely touch-as if he is right next to her but she can neva touch him. i like how u gave Lyra hunched shoulders (though maybe a little exaggerated ; )) to show how vulnerable and crushed she is. Everything about her is heartbroken, even the loose messy hair. Even if Lyra is a bit out of proportion (with wide eyes/ arms) there's a real sense of desperation in this drawing, and u brought out her vivid feelings very well indeed.

I think it's a very nice idea and Lyra looks really sad. I really like it!
