good but a problem, i can see the flash in the mirror.......
love the way she like runs and her hair flicks back but it is not my lyra................

nice image, but this isn't really "fanart" so to speak. that ur sister ? very Lyratic look of joy on her face, and the movement u captured gives it a kind of flow-lovely!...the resolution's kind dodgy though.

maybe another gallery could be added to the fanart section containing photos or sumthing? just a sugestion. i know me + my friends made this crappy mock trailor and a set of photos.

yea the flash in the mirror was kinda unavoidable seein as i took it wi a camera wi a flash - i cudnt be bothered t take it off coz it wud do a rubbish quality photo - i also thought it'd add t the mysticism of the piece .

awesome! she does look rather lyra-ish! i like the flash, it looks like a reflection of a brilliant, sun-lit window. kudos to u for doing a cool phot, when it's so easy to do a bad 1.

i diagree w/ u lizzie: fanart CAN be photos...in my opinion. John, i really like the photos. they're cool.

well half of it is photoshopping and cropping in a nice rule of thirds... she was right smack bang in the middle at first... thank g_d i cropped it :P

it took about 12 shots to get the right one... i jus told her t keep running down the hall in her house lol, and i kept takin pics jus as she reached me :) ... .x.x.x

its an original idea and a good 1 at that. she isnt quite lyra for me but its a VERY close resemblence. her stance is perfect and the clothes could easily be the ones worn by lyra in HDM. a great photo (my brother is a photographic artist, tho he uses 1 of those massive cammeras and he works in black and white) WELL DONE!!!!!!!!! :D

Photography is art, and he's taken a photo of his interpretation of Lyra (his cousin) so there for it is fanart. The people who think this is not fanart, to be honest, are a bit under informed. Lol.
