kittykat, i don't think lyra's oxford is at the same place of our oxford, because she came to cigezze from a mountain in the north, and will came there from oxford.

I think Lyras Oxford is at the same place as in our world. The Angel Xaphania explaines it in the second last chapter in The Amber Spyglass. So there you have it... But I think that the drawing is really great. Lyra looks very close to how I imagined her

I totally understand you, Tsippie. I didn't imagine Lyra the way I drew her. You just have this image of her in your head that can never be transferred to paper, don't you?
But I still think the picture is beautiful ... I like how the face is kind of simple, and the hair too. You didn't try to put too much detail in it, and I like that! XO

that's because you have a picture in your head, but your mind makes it inposible to draw it the same way as in your mind, and there are ways to make it more the same, but i don't really know how to do it. and i'm not really making this up.

I don't think their worlds correspond exactly. also, all the worlds are layered inside and around each other, so you could cut through lots of different places when you're just going ffrom world A to world B. Sorry-I'm getting really of topic and confusing!!!
