i luv the drawing but mrs coulter (in the background) needs to look a little older and she needs darker hair.......................

i don't think mrs. coulter is too young! the details in lyra's hair and inside the room are fab, and her profile is great. not sure about the shoulders, though. theres something funky going on there.

Wow, amazing, I wish I could draw people as well as you do.The faces are great, but it would be nice if the scene insluded Pan and The Golden Monkey. It's still fantastic though and I love the detail.

if mrs. coulter is the one in the background she looks too kind or somethig i dont know... Lyra looks too old and mature and her hair is strange.. but i like the pic!!! keep up the good work.

I know Coulter looks kind, but I did that on purpose,'cause Coulter ?ɬ?s very evil, but I also think she's a wonderful actress and I thought that, you know,in this scene, she's more of an actress, playing with the situation.

i no wot u mean and i think u conveyed that perfectly! she looks so sweet and demure! maybe the youth would suit the charcter she is trying to play, though i always thought she would be acting quite seductively in Sir Charles's house, seeing as they were lovers. Lyra is a job well done: i think u got her shifty, determined, nervous look of fear just right. The outfit she is wearing has an interesting design also: i quite like that idea. Lyra's hair could be a bit less frizzy around the edges, and if Lyra is against the wall the bricks would be larger, but i love the blended feel of the pic- the shading gives that across quite effectively! The inside of Sir Charles's drawing room is very detailed and precise: i like how u can just c the alethiometer on its shelf, and the Victorian like lampshade with its lacy design. I've also noticed sumthing u might not have intended: Lyra and Mrs Coulters outfits are nearly the same, wot with the buckled collar. If that was intentional, a very clever twist to show they r mother and daughter and alike in many respects. If not, well, then its just another feature of this different and absorbing drawing ;)
