Director Phil Hawkins and lead actress Jessica Blake will be in attendance.  Tickets are available at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nyfilmvideo.com\/\">festival website<\/a> or through the <a href=\"mailto:production@tbtproject.com\">producers<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><i>The Butterfly Tattoo<\/i> enjoyed its world premiere last week in Vlissingen in the Netherlands at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.filmbythesea.nl\/\">Film by the Sea Festival<\/a>, where it earned 4 out of 5 stars and nation-wide media attention.
