This time, Weitz answers questions on portraying the relationship between daemons and humans on-screen without the crutch of narrative exposition (difficult); the use of the term &#8220;golden compass&#8221; in the finished film (limited) and Philip Pullman&#8217;s involvement in the production (extensive). <\/p>\n<p>Weitz reveals the length of the movie will be around two hours, noting his dislike of an &#8220;inflationary trend&#8221; in movie-length. In addition, Yahoo are listing the movie at <strong>1 hour and 53 minutes<\/strong> long, with Brazilian distributor PlayArte echoing.
