But if you live in the UK and that&#8217;s just a little bit too far for you then good news! An adaptation of <i>The Firework Maker&#8217;s Daughter<\/i> is being performed at the Theatre by the Lake in Keswick &#8211; so if you&#8217;re based in the North, this is a perfect opportunity! The play, adapted for stage by Stephen Russell, will run until the 7th of January.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>A charming and explosive adventure! Set in the tropical jungle of Indonesia, this is the story of young Lila and her quest to discover the secrets of the Firework-Maker\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s craft. With her father\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s life hanging in the balance she must undertake a perilous journey to volcanic Mount Merapi.
