That does remind me of matter and anti-matter. Spectres are like anti-matter but unlike matter and anti-matter they don't destroy each other in the process. It seems that the anti-matter is stronger in this case.

The opposite to the big bang, where matter prevailed --> Spectres are the opposite to creation, they destroy.

Exactly the same as anti-matter... imagine if anti-matter had won the battle in the big bang....
Wired

Well, then what we call anti-matter would become matter, and matter would be anti-matter.

Exactly, *Copy&Paste* AySz88 :)

I think it said that the spectres were "as if a part of the Abyss had leaked" Quoted by memory and on-the-fly translated from German - not exact into the universe.
Corrupted Angels do not seem exact as creatures with real bodies could easily fight off Angels and Angels are visible to children, unlike the Spectres.

If it's any help, in the glossary at the back of my William Blake's Complete Poems, the following entries relate to Blake's system of mythology.

EMANATION: B's term for the female portion of Man. In Eternity, where Man is bisexual, the Emanation is a part of any being, and is experienced as his inspiration and dwelling-place. In the Fall, she becomes a separate being, and the reunion of Man and his emanation is necessary for re-entry to Eternity [...]

I don't know about you, but this sounds suspiciously like a daemon to me!

SPECTRE: The masculine principle which may divide from a being when his feminine portion (EMANATION) separates, to assume independent life. Usually 'the reasoning power in man', it is brutish, obsessive and selfish, and must be reintegrated.

Nuff said, for now.

Well, alright, but keep in mind, it does not always work for everyone. And someitmes it gets a little scary, too. I trashed my file that had my "coversations" on it.
What sort of answers did you get back?
