didn't it say that the lyra was somehow tryin' to help the witch??? i dunno, i'm not sure, i'm confused. but i doubt any of the witches would betray her

but wait, there's no point in church to keep pursuing lyra, because her part is already done, what would be the point? then it would surely be murder(not that it wasn't in the first place but they had reason)
