My first thought was “not that much†and “I wouldn’t consider it a collection†– but I suppose that’s relative.
My Scholastic hardback editions of the trilogy, (Knife and Spyglass are both signed.)
“Oxford†and “Northâ€.
The Full Cast/Unabridged Audiobook CDs of HDM
CD Audiobook versions of Oxford and North
My Alethiometer

This is hardly a collection but if I really stretch it I have:
The trilogy
Lyra's Oxford
OUaTitN (what an acronym!)
The December issue of the theatre magazine with a Nicole Kidman interview
Ticket stubs from when I went to see TGC, both times
A makeshift (and intensely crappy) alethiometer
A makeshift (and slightly less crappy) Lyra costume from last Halloween
